Returns Policy

(a) Return of wrong product In case the product delivered to the customer is wrong (not the one he/she has ordered) the customer can return it back to the company within ten (10) days from the date of its delivery. The return of products is effectuated after communication with the correspondent department at the following numbers: 2310 745585 & 698 3392524. In such case the company bares the return expenses.

(b) Cancellation right

According to the consumer protection law (L. 2251/1994) the client has the right to return the product within ten (10) days from the date of its delivery. The return of a product is acceptable only and if the product is in its initial state (not worn and not tampered with) or is not in any other state but its initial one. In any case, the client covers the return expenses. To return a product the client must follow the procedure described above in paragraph (a). In any case it is strongly recommended to return the product by registered mail with declared value the real value of the product (the product must be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note of the shop with product code indication and “Return” word on), to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of the package.

(c) Return of defective product

In cases of defective products and if ten (10) days period has not expired, these are subject to return with the procedure described above in paragraph (a).
