Το The shipment costs are paid by the customer ((excluding special agreements with the company) and is calculated according to the destination, the total weight of the order and the payment method. In particular:
- Bank transfer or payment via Paypal – Within the city limits (Thessaloniki): Up to 2kg the cost is 4€. For each extra kilo the cost is 0.80€.
- Bank transfer or payment via Paypal – Mainland destinations: Up to 2kg the cost is 6€. For each extra kilo the cost is 0.90€.

Bank transfer or payment via Paypal – Island destinations: Up to 2kg the cost is 4€. For each extra kilo the cost is 1€.

Bank transfer or payment via Paypal – Remote areas (areas outside Geniki Taxydromiki network): Up to 2kg the cost is 6.5€. For each extra kilo the cost is 1€.
The delivery time of our products varies depending on their availability and takes in average 3-9 days for all the territory of Greece.
In case for certain reasons an order cannot be delivered in the above mentioned timeframe, “A SILVER ROSE” company will communicate with the customer to make sure that the customer wants to receive it in the estimated delivery time.
